The Jackson County Legal News was founded in 1966 to serve the legal and business communities and general public with services and information related to the courts and county public records.

Published each Monday by the Detroit Legal News, LLC, the Legal News includes listings of newly filed circuit court cases, trial schedules for circuit court, schedules of district court hearings, births, deaths, divorces, names and owners of newly formed businesses, tax liens, tax lien releases, real estate transfers, mortgages, and public notices, required by law to be published, such as pending foreclosures.

The Legal News also has news of interest to the legal community and legal calendar information.

This information will continue to be available to subscribers and newsstand buyers in the traditional printed newspaper, and now also by going online to our website at jacksoncountylegalnews.com.
